RCP: Fiery Pecan Praline Morsels

Fiery Pecan Praline Morsels

2 cups pecan halves
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp habanero Powder
1 tbsp kosher salt

Mix all ingredients together. Spread mixture on foil lined baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350°F for 20 min., stirring once. Remove and cool. Store in airtight container.

Used smoked red savina. In theory, this is a munchie for the football game tonight. In reality, it may be difficult keeping my hands off...

Most of them, but it did take more willpower than I generally have. By the end of the first quarter, the bowl was empty.

They paired perfectly with New Belgium Trippel ale. And a great game.
