I looked at this thread about 5 weeks ago and the ingredients, aside for basil, aren't things I generally use. So, with NiagaraCOOL, class reunions, birthdays, etc., I've ignored this thread until now, only to discover that nobody seems to have cooked anything. :?: Oh well. What's up for July?
Chico - Hey! This Bottle is empty!
Groucho - That's because it's dry Champagne.

We all said that we would be late in reporting. I say that we make this the July challenge. I'll tackle it when I get back from vacation this week.

Ha! Couldn't get to it yesterday, but the chicken mousse is in the oven. Which sounds odd, but more explanations to follow!

Howie, in large part, these exercises are all about things you don't "generally use". Different combinations, different ingredients, different techniques, all in an effort to stretch our comfort zones and be creative. It's not about 'easy'.

So you can still play because, as Robert said, none of us had any time in June. I'm cooking today.
