Saw it on an episode of his show yesterday. It's basically a dual-fuel unit. Heavy cast iron grates on top cover a charcoal drawer (easy to fill and empty) on one side and gas elements on the other. No idea who made it, but the big RB cut-out in the center of the grates suggests that it's a custom build.
