Source for cedar aged shoyu?

I would appreciate any help you can give me for finding a source of cedar aged shoyu (preferably in the US).

Greg -

I don't know about cedar-aged shoyu specifically, but Corti Brothers here in Sacramento does carry some shoyus that are rarely seen outside of Japan. They will do mail order. Their website is: http://www.cortibros.biz/

The website's really only good for getting the address and phone info as they don't update it all that often. I would try giving them a call.
