Does anyone know anything about the Emile Henry flame-top cokware? I just spotted them in the Williams-Sonoma catalog. The fact that they are made from hard ceramic, are non-stick and can be used with high temps. caught my attention. Plus, they are beautiful.

How do you like them, Jenise? I love my Look cookware but cannot use high temps. When I do, they emit an awful odor which I know is not a healthy thing.
