No, I am not related to Wim Wenders. He is a big pistachio-fan, like me and Mr. Wenders published this recipe in the german newspaper "ZEIT" last week.
He discovered this recipe in Palermo during shooting his new movie.

Bravo Martin. This looks delicious. I've been working with pistacchios and pomegranite seeds for the last week. This is a great way to use some pistacchios. I can't make anything without garlic though so I might do a little tinkering....
Thank you also for your holiday greetings. We spent one Thanksgiving in Berlin and it was a non entity that year. We do have much for which to be thankful and hopeful.

funny, I wanted to make a persian dish in the next days with quail and pistachio&pomegranite seeds.

BTW, in my gnocchi dish is also garlic.

Oh la la.......this is really tough to celebrate Thanksgiving in Berlin, as we don´t celebrate this tradition.
