Louisville KY supply stores

OK, so it's been a while since I've been on any of the forums. Sorry.....

Anyway, I'm going to be in Louisville KY Saturday visiting my daughter. I'm looking to stop by a good chef/restaurant supply store for a few items. I'm not looking for an overpriced gizmo driven place like Williams Sonoma, just a good solid supply store.

Any thoughts? Appreciations in advance.

Lots of local foodies and restaurant ITBs post there. Bet you'll get lotsa suggestions. Like here, the site requires registration.

Got it in one. The Dine Co. is an excellent restaurant supply store, very good prices, and it is open to the general public as well as the restaurant trade.
