Today I ate flax seed (bread) for the first time. Billy belly not happy. :wink:

The same thing happened to me. I didn't stop eating flax, however, and any problems have gone away. I now pour about two tablespoons on breakfast food every AM. I use an organic flax seed that has been shredded and bagged in nitrigen and sold at Mom's Organic Market.
