Very informative...oh my, I can only imagine how that last one must taste. I am not too fond of apples, but I bet that application would make me an apple lover. I do eat them for their health benefits and easy, grab and go healthy snack. Gene loves apple pie, I bet he would also love this.

Best tarte tatin we've ever had was in a small family restaurant Arras in France when our wine tasting group booked a coach to go for a weekend to visit Champagne.

We still talk about that tarte tatin. And much of the Champagne we bought is also just a memory
