I was not able to get any Thai Basil but I do have everything else. My curry seems nice with a little burn on the finish. The chicken will be sauteed in garlic, Basil from the garden (picken before frost and dried) and a little butter. I'll also cook some rice noodles and pour the curry sauce over all. I'll. Serve with beer or Riesling. Beer, I think.
