Just watched him oven-bake hard-cooked eggs. Clever!
Start with cold oven, then set 320 F for 30 minutes, eggs not touching on a wet towel. Interesting that he cracks the shells before he chills them, would never have dawned on me to do that (still wouldn't, if I wanted to keep them for another day.)
