More on restaurant tipping in light of higher minimum wage

This is an interesting blog post, especially for the way it sheds light on the discrepancies between kitchen help and servers:

It was interesting to read that Tom Douglas is such a big fan of the new $15 Seattle minimum wage that he's going to implement it right now. He seemed to feel quite differently when he talked about it on the PBS Newshour only a month ago. Neither did he sound exactly a big fan when he wrote this.
