No, I'm not swearing. Fucking Perfect is the name of an interesting new doc about a real chef, Sergio Herman, who questions the value of the lifestyle sacrifices required to get and hang onto a Michelin rating.

Wow, was that tense stuff in the trailer! Surprising to see a 3 Michelin Star restaurant kitchen looking so cramped and none too modern...interesting! But boy, that trailer sure explains why Sergio stopped at Oud Sluis (never had the chance to go there, unfortunately) - hope he's happier and more relaxed now. After Oud Sluis, he went on (with a partner) to set up two restaurants, one in Antwerp and the other in southern Holland. Both are one Michelin star. Can't wait to see this documentary!
