RCP: Parmesan Baked Potatoes

6 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. fresh grated Parmesan cheese (poster suggested doubling)
8 medium unpeeled red potatoes (about 2 3/4 lbs.) halved lengthwise)
Pour butter into a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over butter. Place potatoes cut side down over cheese. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes or until tender. Serve browned side up.
Yield: 8 servings

Poster suggested sprinkling cayenne or paprika over the parmesan cheese.
I used cayenne, and I did use a little more paremsan. These are excellent.
