A Wood/Stone outdoor oven? Maybe!

by Jenise » Tue May 17, 2016 1:35 pm

Many of you may know that high end wood-fired oven maker Wood/Stone is actually based here where I live in Bellingham, Washington. Well, my neighbor has a relative involved with the company, and if he can get a deal we're going to share the cost and install one on the property line between our houses. How cool is THAT?

Lucky you. I've had some really excellent squab, crab, and hen of the woods done with very delicate, delicious wood smoke.

Nice! I'll be interested to hear about your experiences with it.
