I found some low-carb whole wheat tortillas made in Santa Fe. Ten inches in diameter, they have only 6 grams of carbs. I piled on the toppings and baked the personal-sized pizzas for just a couple of minutes. Not bad at all; I'll be doing that again.
OTOH, I baked some potato bread last night. Came out great, and potato bread toasts wonderfully and lasts longer than other breads. (I only had a heel last night; Edie will eat the rest.) Damn carbs...
