WW II veterans familiar with chipped beef on toast (aka SoaS) would have been right at home.

Oh dear god, and the everpresent, overworked pimiento olives that poisoned so much food in the '50s.

Damn - you mean I sliced all those stuffed olives for garnishes for the next tasting for nothing? And I suppose you don't like my smiling fish mould either.....

OMG, creamed tuna on waffles...almost made me sick. I hated creamed tuna on toast my mom used to make. Finally had to tell her I was not going to eat it anymore. She was a good cook too, but for some reason that dish came before me way too much.

That seafood mousse should be served alongside feetloaf.

And the parsley sprig. Has anyone ever eaten one?

What Jeff said. And I really do love parsley!
