Tonight we're dining at Canlis in Seattle, one of this state's very best restuarants. Here's their warning:

*Eating raw or undercooked ingredients can increase your risk of foodborne illness. It may also increase your chances of having a great time."

Bravo!
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov

Didn't Randall Grahm put a quote from Thomas Jefferson extolling the virtues of wine on Bonny Doon's labels, alongside the required Surgeon General's warning? IIRC the BATF made him remove it. They have no sense of fun.
