Thanks, everyone! We had supper at The Waterboy, one of our favorite Sacramento restaurants. Splurged on a 2012 VT, which was quite nice.

Very timely! When I went to get a bottle of wine for dinner SWMBO said we didn't need to have one EVERY night, and I could respond by telling her it was Mike's birthday and we had to celebrate!

Note to Robin - it might be worth having a page with the birthdays of all the most frequent posters so if a spouse debated the point we could just look up the date and respond that it was X's birthday and we had to celebrate it! :mrgreen:
