For Jenise, the peppers arrived a few days ago. They are great and I have used them on three different recipes so far. They were great, chopped up and put into my weekend meatloaf, with a bit of the oil. I tossed them as a garnish on top of herby roasted red potatoes, and used some in a veggie dish. Aren't they delicious? So uniquely flavored. They make a great potato salad and are fabulous as a marinade for cooked shrimp, though as I mentioned previously a spoonful in the hollow of an avocado half makes a great lunch salad.
