Depends on the zin. I've had decent luch with Sonoma Dry Jack. Of course if it's a Turley why not go for Stilton or other blue.

Being domestic, Dry Jack is a nice choice. Also aged Gouda or one of the more intense aged Irish cheeses.

Thanks. I picked up some Dry Jack and Stilton. I also grabbed some Purple Haze by Cypress Grove that others recommended.
