How did I forget PP from my brief list? I love that house and just recently had a bottle of their BdeB Extra Brut.
Jacquessons Cuvée 7XX series is generally very good also - I agree. But I thought the 731 the weakest of them so far (but still good). It wasn't so precise and lazer sharp as the beautiful 730. If the 730 is still available, I would go for that instead. When will 732 come out?
