2015 Kutch Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast - USA, California, Sonoma County, Sonoma Coast (6/7/2017)
Drank over the course of about 3 hours, and it's all stems right now. Green tobacco and flowers on the nose, and all stem spice on the palate, this is showing ambitious winemaking more than any other edition of this wine I have tried. Leave it alone for a few years, to allow it to come together.
